
Our project aimed to provide a comprehensive market analysis and strategy for developing affordable and mixed-use housing in a neighborhood on the west side of South Bend. We delivered a detailed report assessing current and projected housing demand, economic trends, and demographic data, while also identifying gaps in the existing housing options. We also consulted with community stakeholders to ensure the project aligned with local needs.
We developed a go-to-market strategy that included housing type recommendations, a pricing model that balanced affordability and financial sustainability, and a communication plan to raise awareness and build community support.
