As a Program Assistant with ND Elevate, my initial responsibilities included designing branding materials, such as the program logo, and conducting research to support lesson plan development. Two years after the successful implementation and realignment of program initiatives, I led the program's rebranding effort.
The University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business presents ND Elevate, a professional development program for leaders seeking advancement in the workplace. Participants will build confidence, resilience, and a personalized leadership style through focused curriculum on key topics like overcoming Imposter Syndrome, developing a values statement, mastering communication and negotiation skills. All courses are designed and taught by female faculty, staff, and alumni.
Logomark (2025 Rebrand)
Two years after successfully implementing and realigning the program's initiatives, I led a comprehensive rebranding effort to reflect its evolving mission and vision. This process included redefining the program’s identity and developing a fresh visual language to better resonate with stakeholders and audiences as partnerships and cohort participation grew. The centerpiece of the rebrand was the creation of a new logo for ND Elevate, which embodies the program’s core values of empowering leaders. The bold typography of "ND" conveys strength and reliability, while the italicized "elevate" and the upward arrow integrated into the letter "v" symbolize motion, aspiration, and upward momentum. The use of deep blue tones reinforces professionalism and stability, aligning with the program's emphasis on trust and excellence. Every design element—including typefaces, colors, and composition—was carefully selected to align with Notre Dame’s official brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and a seamless integration with the university’s overall visual identity. 
Athletics Partnership (2024)
After two years of successful implementation, ND Elevate sought to expand its reach by partnering with Notre Dame Athletics. In this expanded role, I collaborated closely with both ND Elevate and Notre Dame Athletics to ensure that our program's objectives aligned seamlessly with the department's goals. This involved coordinating efforts to integrate the program into the athletics community and updating visual materials. This experience underscored my ability to manage cross-functional projects, optimize program integration, and build strong relationships.
